Plant Controller

Gpac is partnering with a confidential, growing manufacturer in southern California to identify a Plant Controller. The candidate will be a key member of the leadership team consisting of leaders from operations, sales, engineering, and quality. The controller will be responsible for all accounting and finance functions for two machining companies. The candidate will work closely with local accounting and management and the divisional controller to ensure timely accuracy of the companies' financial statements. The candidate will also manage and develop the local accounting staff, drive improvements, and be an integral part of the day-to-day activities of the finance and accounting team.
