Director of Stakeholder Engagement

A company is looking for a Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee Medical Affairs advisory board strategy and operations, ensuring integration with global congress planning Collaborate on Medical Affairs planning for priority congresses and ensure high-quality execution of congress activities Lead operational planning, budgeting, and compliance for advisory boards while establishing best practices and governance processes Required Qualifications Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD or equivalent in life sciences) 10+ years' experience in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in global congress strategy and operations Proven track record in leading global and regional advisory boards across U.S., EU, and APAC regions Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic landscape, particularly pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and colorectal cancer Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a complex, matrixed environment
