Full Stack Developer - NET

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem to design, develop, and enhance enterprise web applications. This role requires a self-driven professional who can work closely with business stakeholders, take ownership of end-to-end delivery, and build scalable, high-performance solutions across UI, APIs, and data layers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET / .NET CoreBuild and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIApply clean architecture principles and design patterns (e.g., SOLID, layered architecture)Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity FrameworkBuild modern UI components using BlazorImplement asynchronous messaging and event-driven workflows using RabbitMQWork with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for data persistenceCollaborate with product and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutionsParticipate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across layersContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesMaintain version control using GitRequired Qualifications5-10 years of hands-on full stack development experienceStrong expertise in .NET Framework and .NET CoreExperience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API developmentStrong understanding of design patterns and scalable architectureExperience with Entity Framework and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Sybase)Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL data handlingExperience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skillsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesProficiency with Git version controlStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholdersAbility to work independently and drive tasks to completionPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Elasticsearch (Kibana) and RedisExposure to frontend frameworks such as AngularAwareness of modern AI-assisted development toolsExperience working in enterprise environments with distributed systemsStrong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
