Branch Sales Manager

As the Branch Sales Manager, you are a pivotal member of the PeopleShare organization. You are responsible for the overall success of the branch. The Branch Sales Manager oversees, leads, and manages all aspects of the branch. As the BSM, you will find, grow, and maintain business-to-business relationships within the designated territory, coach and develop the recruitment team and increase the branch's profitability. Branch Sales Manager Summary:Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects in the local marketManage client relationships and services for all accounts by conducting on-site visits and implementing strategic, client specific serviceDevelop presence in the market by including daily inside phone & virtual sales activity, outside cold-calling, client visits, networking, customer serviceand proposals • Follow PS sales process including all weekly activity metrics and documentation of all sales activityAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the branchIn addition to PeopleShare's standard marketing collateral, develop your own creative sales solutions to attract new clientsPresent PeopleShare's sales deck in a dynamic mannerQualify proper targets by conducting an in-person or virtual analysis of needs with staffing decision makersMaintain personal sales productionMaintain accurate office recordsControl expenses to meet budget guidelinesDevelop and lead team of staffing professionals on all aspects of recruitment. Run daily team staff meetings, set expectations, support, and guide all recruitment activitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree5+ years of successful sales experience (B2B preferred)Staffing industry experience is a plusMinimum of 3 years of management experience with a proven ability to coach and developComfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques as well as making cold callsProven consistent results in selling with an emphasis on prospecting for new opportunitiesA proven ability to network, develop strategic partnerships, and develop referral relationshipsSuccessful track record of developing and managing self-initiated sales objectivesSuccessful negotiating skills with C level decision-makersClear, concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skillsAbility to multitask with ever-changing prioritiesOrganizational skills to manage a deep pipeline of ongoing relationships with clientsStrong desire to make money and be a part of a growing and dynamic companyExcellent computer skills & adept at learning new systems
