In this fast-paced environment, you’ll coordinate workflows, prioritize operations, and ensure orders are completed on time and within budget while collaborating across teams to drive efficiency and performance.Your tasksPrepare, issue, and review production workflowPlanning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayDetermining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover operational demandEnsure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable mannerMonitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budgetAddress issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruptionCollaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other operational team membersCompany travel required when applicablePosition is Richmond, VA-based and non-remoteYour profileBachelor's and/or Trad Degree required OR equivalent experience in a production/manufacturing environmentExperienced in production planning and quality control principlesStrong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projectsAbility to communicate effectively, present and influence credibly at all levelsProblem Solving - Able to investigate root cause and suggest workable solutionsDeductive Reasoning - Ability to apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answersComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of MS Office and SAP experience preferred
