Home Care Aide

Home Care AideWe are looking for a home care aide to join our team! You will work directly with clients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, providing personalized and attentive care and building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets clients' needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior home care experience is required.Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or driving to appointmentsCare for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal careMaintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisorBuild relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alertGive medication remindersEngage clients in exercises or other activitiesQualifications:Minimum two years of experience as a home care aideTB test is requiredA driver's license is requiredHome care aide (HCA) numberWe are currently hiring for dayshift caregivers only. Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
