Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.Job DescriptionApplies a breadth and depth of acoustic engineering skills to develop engineering solutions to complex problems within time, cost, and quality constraints. Develops innovative solutions to acoustic engineering problems considering multiple aspects and alternatives. Influences more senior management in the development of staffing plans and projections and influences the budgets and policies which impact the business. Provides value-added perspectives and advisory services that are important to decision-making. Remains current on trends and emerging technologies and tools.
