Adecco is recruiting for a Material Control Specialist for a scientific business located in Export, PA. The Material Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory control, preparing inventory for production, receiving/inspection of inbound material and shipment of delicate instruments, both domestically and internationally. Please Apply Now!Core Responsibilities include:Review backlog reportPrepare inventory for shipment by ensuring packing slips are accurate and by properly packing items for shipment Review pull sheet; pull and kit parts based on pick lists generated by enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemReceive inventory when needed by physically receiving component parts, unpacking materials, and preparing them for placement into inventoryInspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet intended design standardsAssist with inventory countsEnter information into the ERP systemFollow any packing/shipping instructionsAssist in monitoring inventory levelsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' experience with inventory control, shipping and receiving operations Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Working knowledge of ERP inventory management systemsAbility to handle boxes, crates, small component parts, and large products for the purposes of unpacking, moving to storage, and packing for delivery Ability to walk and stand for long periods at a timeStarting pay $22 to $24 per hour depending on experienceMonday through Friday daylight hoursPlease Apply Now!Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
