This is not an office role. You will be in the field full-time.Set and enforce standards for quality, safety, code compliance, and professionalismOwn performance metrics, including job outcomes, callbacks, and customer feedbackCoordinate with dispatch and leadership to keep jobs running efficientlyHandle customer escalations with confidence and accountabilityDevelop apprentices and future leaders within the organizationIdentify problems and bring solutions that improve operationsWhat We're Looking ForWe don't need perfect.
