Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and liaison between repairs, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate the return of customer products with an elevated level of professionalism.
Create a positive and helpful customer experience.
Receive and process all product returns and repairs, managing customer interactions received via multiple channels and communicating effectively to understand customer requirements, set customer expectations, and strengthening customer relationships.
Organize on-time shipments/orders of replacement/repaired customer products, maintain and track product backlog.
Assist in Incoming Quality Inspection Report Population and management.
Drive warranty cost reduction initiatives
Validate warranty status
Manage disposition of returned items for: refurbishment, supplier RMA, Disposal
What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum Requirements -
High School Diploma
At least one year's working in manufacturing, shipping & receiving, or customer service.
Must have the ability to be highly detailed in a fast work environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications -
Technical training/experience working with electronics
Physical Requirements -
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.
Must be able to work with small objects and see small print.
Must be able to crouch, stoop, and kneel periodically.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to reach overhead.
