Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.Prefer Hartford, CT OR Charlotte, NC but open to REMOTE (EST Hours Preferred)Seeking a highlight specialized Senior Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Business Analyst supporting their Employee Benefits Billing & Revenue Management platform.Key Responsibilities:Analyze existing ORMB configurations, customizations, and billing workflowsPerform gap analysis and recommend functional/process improvementsWrite detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and diagramsSupport Agile delivery across Product, Business, QA, and Development teamsValidate complex billing scenarios including retroactive changes,refunds, reinstatements, collections, and receivablesPartner with QA/UAT teams on regression and end-to-end testing strategiesSupport production issue analysis and root cause investigationsMust Have Experience:Strong hands-on Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) experienceDeep Insurance Billing or Healthcare Payer Billing backgroundExperience with premium billing, invoicing, receivables, adjustments, refunds, and billing lifecycle managementSenior-level Business Analysis experience in Agile environmentsStrong experience writing user stories and BDD-style acceptance criteriaAbility to review ORMB configurations/custom code and recommend improvements
