A terrific, full-time opening has come available for an Architect with experience in the historic commercial restoration construction arena to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization. This position is located in the beautiful Sunset park area of Brooklyn. Design internal projects while overseeing outside architects and design consultants Track and streamline the architectural design process Programming, planning, and designing specific projects Prepare renderings, plans, elevations, sections, and details. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a BArch with 5 – 10 years Architecture design exp or MArch with 2-4 years Architecture design exp. Project manager experience working with outside consultants and contractors Strong background in architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, streetscape improvement, environmental graphic, and interior design projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & 3D modeling software.
