We invite you to join team TravisMathew.The Merchandise Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing Merchandising meetings and projects from ideation to completion with the primary objective of increasing the flow of output and efficiency and adding structure and support to the team. This individual will interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders while managing several moving project parts simultaneously.Roles And ResponsibilitiesUtilize JIRA (and other Project Management tools) to assign projects and coordinate internal resourcesCreate project timelines to control workflow and ensure all Design initiatives are delivered on timePartner with Manager to monitor / manage team workload and identify priority projectsPartner with Men’s Project Manager to promote communication and assure alignment across both divisions.Support management team with the resolution of complex business, operational, and ad-hoc issuesOperate as the liaison between E2E process/team members and merchandising.Set up all meetings, including agendas and attendees associated necessaryReview project requests in detail to ensure necessary information is provided prior to starting projectDevelop detailed project plans and timelines for all projectsManage project progress, conflicts and challenges and adapt workflow as required Provide clear communication on project status, expectations, and timing to key stakeholdersLead weekly project meetings and provide detailed recaps to key stakeholdersMaintain and distribute work list with prioritized deadlines to merchandisers Support on Power Point presentations as needed.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Proficient in Microsoft Applications with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and ideally ProjectHighly motivated self-starter who can successfully manage numerous deadlines and evolving prioritiesStrong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree, preferred3+ years’ experience in project management or merchandisingIdeally experienced in the apparel industry.Ideally experienced using project management tools77,100.00 - 96,350.00 - 115,600.00 USD AnnualIf your experience is close to what we're looking for, please consider applying!
