Operations Program Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager to support residential retrofit operations and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and document standard operating procedures and operational policies for residential solar business Manage Salesforce CRM configurations and enhance dashboards for operational visibility Lead initiatives to reduce contract to activation cycle time and support market expansion initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience in program management or operations, preferably in the residential solar or renewable energy sector Proven experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and process improvements Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including reporting and dashboard configuration Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
