Records and Document Management Analyst
W-2 only; no C2CLocation: Charlotte, NC and Des Moines, IAContract Term: 24 monthsOverviewSeeking a contractor to support document management and records compliance initiatives, including migration and integration of documents from non-compliant to compliant repositories. This role focuses on execution across taxonomy, controls, access management, intake tracking, reporting, and UAT.Key Responsibilities Execute document governance activities, including taxonomy and metadata support Apply record categories and retention rules Execute governance tasks (metadata validation, access reviews) Manage intake requests and workflows in JIRA/Confluence Support reporting Write and execute UAT test cases and scripts Support cleanup of shared drives and non-compliant storage Other duties as needed Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in document management, records management, business operations, or risk Experience with UAT (test cases, scripts, execution) Experience using JIRA or similar workflow tools Familiarity with document/records platforms (e.g., Documentum, FileNet) Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting) Profile Strong execution focus; able to work independently Detail-oriented with solid organization skills Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear communicator; escalates issues early About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells.
