Production Machine OperatorJob Category: Operations/Production/ManufacturingFull-TimeOn-siteClinton, MO 64735, USADescriptionBenefits:9 Paid HolidaysVacation - 80 hours per year2 PersonalSemi-Annual Bonus OpportunityGroup medical insurance (including life, disability, dental and Vision)Education reimbursementEmployee perks such as an onsite fitness facility, discounts from suppliers on various products and services such as insurance, wireless bundles, travel, and much morePosition Purpose:Improve production efficiency by operating manufacturing equipment and filling production position vacancies, as directed each day by production leaders.Major Responsibilities:Set up, start, and operate production machinery according to work instructionsLoad raw materials or parts into machines and ensure proper alignmentMonitor machine operation to ensure products meet quality and production standardsInspect finished products for defects and remove non-conforming itemsAdjust machine settings to maintain proper speed, temperature, pressure, or alignmentPerform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustmentsTroubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance or supervisorsRecord production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and defectsFollow all workplace safety procedures and wear required protective equipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate with supervisors and team members about production status or issuesMeet daily production targets and efficiency goalsWorking Conditions:Work shifts will be 12 hours.
