Cost Support Service Coordinators
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and/or new stores associated with acquisitions, as well as managing store back-office systems transitionsPerform comprehensive analysis to support various activities, including but not limited to, wholesale and CDC store changes, vendor acquisitions, assortment changes between vendors and new stores, and launches of organic new stores or new product linesTake charge of projects and assign cross-functional responsibilities by team, ensuring alignment with targeted go-live dates for new vendors and/or new storesWork closely with vendors to gather necessary information required for setup across various departments and systems, including accounting, merchandising, and ITEnsure that vendors are fully set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortmentCoordinate with internal teams to facilitate the setup process and address any issues or discrepancies that may ariseCollect, review, and submit all required internal forms and documentation for processing across systems.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the setup processQualificationsBachelor's degree completed1-3 years experience working in merchandising or retailStrong Excel experience neededAbout Aston CarterAston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
