Sales Representative (MED, BAQ, BOG)
Role Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking discovery meetings for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research target accounts and decision-makers within assigned industries or territories.Execute outbound prospecting strategies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channelsCreate new opportunities and leads with the support of outbound marketing campaigns, sales sequences and follow-up calls to schedule discovery meetings.Facilitate initial discovery call meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives.Follow all internal processes and procedures established to generate and document lead opportunities.Create and maintain weekly reporting documents and pipeline management data.Maintain ongoing knowledge of products, services, competitors, and market trends.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and opportunity generation targets.Requirements: Experience, Education & SkillsMinimum of 1 year of of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.Strong English verbal and written communication skills.Experience with operational CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.Experience selling to U.S. or international customers.Ability to articulately craft and write outreach emails and process documents.Attention to detail and advance organizational skills.Preferred / Nice to HaveFamiliarity with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.Advanced LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.Basic data analysis or Excel reporting skills.
