We encourage interested candidates from all backgrounds to apply even if they don't think they meet some expectations of the role.About the roleThis is a full-time, temporary, six-month position with the possibility to transition to a standard role.We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building mission aligned and high-performing clinical teams.As part of our Operations Team, you'll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. You'll own the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing candidates, guiding them through an outstanding candidate experience, and closing. You'll play a key role in helping scale Two Chairs during an exciting phase of growth.Core Areas of ResponsibilityRecruit with impact: Meet individual KPIs by managing full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with our values.Be the voice of Two Chairs: Share our unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand.Drive strategy: Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.Impact and Success IndicatorsWhere you'll make an impact in the first 90 daysClearly communicate the Two Chairs organizational culture and EVPIndependently navigate and utilize our recruiting platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, Keeyora, Looker, etc.)Hire clinicians aligned with our mission and business modelWhere you'll make an impact in the first yearConsistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience.Help drive steady growth in clinician hiring and candidate conversion rates.Share insights and feedback to strengthen our recruiting strategies.Identify and own one to two special projects where your unique strengths can drive broader team success.Yield MoM growth in candidate conversion rate from phone screen to startWe're Looking for Someone With:Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for independently licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)Possess high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentComfortable with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and GreenhouseDemonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skillsLeverage your business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret to inform your decisionsCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $82,400 - $110,000.
