If you've got mechanical skills, attention to detail, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and consistent outputAdjust machine settings and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain performanceLoad raw materials and prepare parts for production processesInspect finished products using measuring tools to verify specifications and tolerancesFollow work instructions, batch records, and supervisor direction to meet quality standardsPerform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasksIdentify and report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors or maintenanceComplete required production and quality documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standardsWork collaboratively with team members, QA, and maintenance to meet production goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipmentAttention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and computer skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesReliable work history and positive team-oriented attitudePrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and remain active for extended periods during shiftsAbility to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to safely operate machinery, hand tools, and material handling equipmentComfortable working in a manufacturing environment (including noise, heat, and required PPE)Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
