Remote Labor & Employment Attorney

Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities Advise and represent clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and labor relations.
Manage all aspects of litigation and administrative proceedings, from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, hearings, and resolution.
Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, workplace policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
Stay current on legal developments in labor and employment law, proactively advising clients on emerging risks and best practices.
Collaborate with colleagues in a remote environment, contributing to a collegial and knowledge-sharing culture.
Qualifications 6+ years of dedicated labor & employment law experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex cases and client relationships.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
Licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.
Prior remote work experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in a virtual team environment is preferred.
