Job Summary Baptist Health Jacksonville is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient geriatric behavioral health team in Jacksonville, Florida. What You Can Expect Outpatient-focused role with hybrid flexibility (in-person + telehealth) Treat a geriatric patient population with diverse behavioral health needs Established referral network and strong patient volume Collaborative care model with therapists, APPs, and primary care providers Epic EMR system Competitive compensation + comprehensive benefits Mission-driven, physician-led organization Key Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management Diagnose and treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, cognitive disorders, and mood disorders Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active or eligible Florida medical license DEA license required Interest or experience in geriatric psychiatry preferred Residents and Fellows encouraged to apply Why Baptist Health?
