Sr. Business Analyst/ Product Analyst, DigitalDuration: contract, 6+ monthsLocation: Chicagoland area preferred for hybrid scheduleResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user storiesTranslate high-level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements in JIRAPartner with engineering and design teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper implementationSupport development and refinement of user epics and stories for agile workflowsAnalyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automationSupport user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisionsMeasure and report on product performance using both quantitative and qualitative dataCreate and maintain documentation including process flows, data models, use cases, and test scenariosBridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarityProvide support during user acceptance testing (UAT), validating features against defined requirementsRequired experience5+ years in a business analyst, product analyst, or equivalent role in a digital or enterprise environmentBackground in digital web applications or enterprise softwareFamiliarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, integrations, APIs, and Figma is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience working within agile development teams and processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite
