This role sits within a lean, high-performing team and offers meaningful responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, from initial screening and underwriting through portfolio management, capital markets, and disposition. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of experience from a top investment bank or real estate private equity platform and is ready to contribute at a high level from day one.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models for acquisitions, ground-up development, and value-add investments, incorporating complex capital structures, promote waterfalls, and return analyses (IRR, MOIC, NPV, equity multiples)Apply rigorous investment discipline to complex situations, demonstrating strong judgment in identifying risks and driving processes to conclusion across the full deal lifecycleSupport capital allocation, financing, buy/sell decisions, and liquidity analysis across a diversified real estate portfolioConduct comprehensive due diligence including review of leases, operating statements, third-party reports, financial statements, and legal documentationParticipate in deal financings and closings, including drafting and negotiation of legal documentation in coordination with external counsel and advisorsAssist in capital markets activities including lender and equity partner outreach, preparation of offering memoranda, and evaluation of exit strategiesCollaborate with asset management and operating teams to track business plan execution, monitor performance versus budget, and identify value creation opportunitiesPrepare investment committee memos, IC presentations, and investor materials; present analyses confidently to senior investment professionals and represent the firm externallyQualificationsBachelor's degree from a top undergraduate institution2-4 years of experience in real estate investment banking, real estate private equity, investment sales, or institutional asset managementExceptional financial modeling skills with ability to build complex, deal-ready analyses from scratch, including promote waterfalls and portfolio-level scenario analysesAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Argus experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to senior leadershipEntrepreneurial, self-guided work ethic with results-driven orientation and superior interpersonal skillsHigh integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindsetCompensationThe firm offers a highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including base salary, performance-based bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
