Transactional Tax Attorney

Our client is a prominent, AV-rated law firm located in Tampa, Florida. The firm is searching for an experienced Transactional Tax Attorney to join its Corporate and Tax Group.Candidates must have 6+ years of relevant Tax Experience. Preferred credentials include an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm. Candidates should have substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, executive compensation, and equity investments. Strong expertise in U.S. federal income tax, including partnership and corporate tax planning, is required.No portable book of business is required. Remote arrangements will be considered. The position offers sophisticated work, immediate responsibility, excellent compensation and benefits, and a partnership opportunity or clear path to partnership, depending on experience.
