If you are focused on technology, are attentive to detail, and demonstrate strong initiative, then our team might be right for you!Utilize company underwriting criteria to evaluate risks for various lines of businessAbility to work independentlyPerform independent verification of insured's operationsReview and process change requests on in-force policiesEvaluate in-force policies at renewalDevelop relationships with agenciesParticipate in Underwriting Training for new products, directives and processesTravel regularly to agency officesQualificationsBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)Prior insurance related experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to work in a service-centric environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should have investigative skills and be comfortable using the Internet as a research toolStrong communication and customer service skillsA team-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentAdaptability to changeStrong time management and attention to detail skillsThis role is based in our Wilkes‐Barre, PA office, with an expectation of working on‐site three days per week.
