You'll collaborate closely with a seasoned surgical team renowned for their expertise in complex total joint revisions and orthopedic trauma. Exposure to multiple vendor systems and state-of-the-art technology, including the Mako robotic system and Hana table, will set your skills apart, making this an exceptional opportunity for professional growth.Schedule/Hours:10 or 12-hour shiftsGuaranteed 36 hours/week7:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts1:4 weekendsOne overnight trauma call (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM); additional team-based call as assignedQualifications:Active, unencumbered RN licenseMinimum 2 years' experience in operating room, specifically orthopedic surgery and traumaSkilled in complex total joint revisions and high-acuity casesProficient with Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, Zimmer systems, and orthopedic instrumentationMako robotic and Hana table experience strongly preferredCNOR certification preferredFlexible, accountable, and excels in a team-centered, efficient environmentKey Responsibilities:First scrub and assist with complex total joint and polytrauma proceduresAdhere to high turnover efficiency standards and maintain a 90% first case on-time start rateCollaborate with multi-disciplinary surgical teamsContribute to safe, patient-centered care using cutting-edge orthopedic technologiesEnjoy robust benefits including tax-advantaged travel stipends, comprehensive travel and housing assistance, premium compensation, healthcare coverage, 401(k), and job security.
