CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Account Manager for an Employee Benefits Firm Title : Bilingual Benefits Account Manager Location Addison, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $28.85/ hr • Full-time, Monday–Friday - may work some overtime when needed to finish projects • W2 employment ROLE IMPACT The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned business clients. Will manage employee benefits for employers. Key Responsibilities • Manage employee benefits programs for employer clients from start to finish • Begin working with clients after the sale is completed and handle the implementation process • Coordinate open enrollment, create benefit guides, and submit required paperwork to insurance carriers • Support employee education efforts and help clients understand their benefit options • Act as the main contact for clients throughout the year, resolving service issues and assisting with escalated claims when needed • Work closely with insurance carrier representatives and client leadership teams • Partner with a teammate to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery Minimum Qualifications • 1-5 years of experience with Employment Benefits or Brokerage Experience- MUST BE SPANISH BILIGUAL • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Core Tools & Systems • Benefits administration systems (HRIS – Human Resources Information Systems) • CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Insurance carrier enrollment portals Preferred Skills • Experience working in a small benefits agency or brokerage • Experience supporting small to mid-size employer groups (under 100 employees) • College degree preferred but not required Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
