DescriptionSupported Housing Case ManagerLocation: Spokane Valley & Spokane Washington (Hybrid / Community-based)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $24–$29/hourDate Posted: April 24, 2026About The RoleClarvida is seeking a Supported Housing Specialist to work with adult Medicaid clients who have behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses. In this role, you will help clients secure and maintain safe, stable housing while building the skills needed for long-term independence and community integration.You will assess barriers to housing, support clients in navigating financial and housing systems, and provide ongoing education around budgeting, daily living skills, and healthy landlord/tenant and neighbor relationships.
