Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives on helping others and making sales. You must be comfortable making and receiving dozens of calls per day, working with partners inside and outside the company, generating interest from customers, finding parts that meet customer needs, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. ResponsibilitiesSource new sales opportunities and service existing customers through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsIdentify customer's buying trends and provide feedback to managementManage sales data in Pinnacle, calls via Ring Central, and KPI performance metrics in DOMO/SmartcycleQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BusinessAt least 1 - 3 years of sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workRecycling industry experience a plus but not requiredThis position is paid commission with initial guarantee while training.
