Traveling Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to support pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a field-driven superintendent with proven experience delivering GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences facilities. The Superintendent will lead day-to-day field operations on technically complex projects involving cleanrooms, utilities, MEP-intensive scopes, and regulated construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities for pharma and life sciences projectsTravel to project sites nationwide as required for project durationSupervise subcontractors across architectural, structural, MEP, and process scopesEnforce GMP, safety, and quality standards in regulated environmentsCoordinate daily work plans, short-interval scheduling, and trade sequencingWork closely with project managers, engineers, QA/QC, and client representativesOversee construction activities supporting cleanrooms, utilities, process piping, and equipment installationTrack schedule milestones and proactively address field issuesMaintain daily reports, safety documentation, and site coordination logsSupport commissioning, turnover, and validation readiness effortsRequired Experience & Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Construction SuperintendentDemonstrated experience on pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing projectsStrong understanding of GMP-regulated construction environmentsExperience leading MEP-heavy scopes, clean utilities, and technical installationsWillingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignmentsStrong leadership, subcontractor coordination, and communication skillsAbility to operate in fast-paced, schedule-driven, highly regulated job sitesOSHA 30 preferred (or ability to obtain)Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.09 - $79.32/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
