This role is essential to ensuring smooth office administration, coordinating logistics, supporting employee needs, and managing internal events. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a professional services environment. The role requires the incumbent to be in the office three days a week.Job RequirementsAbout You:Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or operations (professional services environment preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities independentlyExcellent communication and coordination skillsComfortable working with vendors, building management, and internal stakeholdersProficiency with common office tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, MS Office)Ability to work part-time on-site in New York CityJob ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role:Office Operations & AdministrationManage general office administration, including supply ordering, inventory tracking, and office re-stockingMonitor office mail, including receiving, distributing, and coordinating outgoing shipmentsOversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities managementSubmit, track, and follow up on building management tickets related to office facilities and maintenanceServe as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors and building managementSubmit & maintain receipts for purchases on company credit card and review expense reports for approval/rejection.IT & Equipment CoordinationCoordinate laptop logistics, including receiving, shipping, and tracking equipment for employeesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring timely equipment delivery and returnPhotoshoot & Scheduling SupportCoordinate internal photoshoots, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor communicationEvent Planning & LogisticsSupport planning and execution of internal and external events, including:Food and hospitality arrangements for trainings and traveling staffTown Hall meetings and eventsCultural and community eventsCoordinate event logistics such as venues, catering, materials, and on-site supportVendor & Swag ManagementManage relationships with swag and merchandise vendorsCoordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of branded materialsJob BenefitsWhy Us:Global transformation company with expertise in the financial space and the latest technologiesHybrid working environmentYour Documents To Start The ProcessResumeThis role pays $25 per hour.
