The start date is June for this permanent position.Job Title: Records Management Product ManagerLocation-Type: RemoteStart Date Is: JuneDuration: PermCompensation Range: $140-160kBenefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTOMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .Job Description:Seeking a Records Management Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for records management and public records solutions supporting government and public sector workflows.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead product strategy and execution for records management solutionsManage and mentor 1-2 Product OwnersWrite user stories and define product requirementsGather and prioritize customer and business needsPartner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, and stakeholdersSupport roadmap planning, feature enhancements, and product launchesEnsure solutions align with records retention and compliance standardsTranslate customer pain points into scalable product improvementsSupport public search and land records functionality initiativesMinimum Qualifications:5 years of externally facing product management experienceExperience with B2B or B2G software productsBackground in records management, indexing files, and public/land search systemsExperience working within organizations such as Kofile, Fidlar Technologies, Harris, Tyler Technologies, Iron Mountain, or similar environmentsExperience managing or leading small teamsStrong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsFamiliarity with records retention policies, digitization workflows, and compliance standardsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience working directly with county clerk offices or public records departmentsGovTech or public sector software experienceExperience supporting document governance or information lifecycle platforms
