Job Description: Cafe Lead Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile Cafe Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for outstanding customer service, and preparing food, drinks, and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen. Responsibilities: Assemble food items following recipes and portion guidelines. Prep and prepare all food items while adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Greet and assist customers with orders and payments. Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to high standards. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and making recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment. Follow food safety and hygiene practices. Qualifications: Must possess exceptional communication skills. Must possess outstanding customer service skills. Previous cafe or customer service experience preferred. Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting. Basic math and cash handling skills. Food Handler Certification, or the ability to obtain certification within the first thirty (30) days of employment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
