Maintenance Tech - Electrician

Job Description About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and dependable Production Equipment Maintenance Technician - Electrician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems across our facility to keep production running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily equipment and facility inspectionsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issuesComplete scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs)Install, modify, and rebuild machinery and production linesWeld, fabricate, and assemble parts as neededMaintain lighting, HVAC, and security systemsMaintain accurate documentation of work performedSupport 95%+ production line uptimeAssist with electrical panel installations and upgradesCollaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teamsEducation:High School Diploma or GED (required)Experience:5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAutomation experience a plusSkills:Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with motors, drives, PLCs, and control systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using hand tools, power tools, welders, and machining equipmentBasic computer skills (for work orders and PM logging)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassistedFrequent standing, bending, squatting, and reachingWork in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and exposure to machineryTools & Equipment Used:Multimeters, tachometers, calibratorsWelding equipment, lathes, mills, sawsForklifts, man lifts, and pipe threading machinesStandard hand and power toolsWhy Join Us?Competitive payWork with a dedicated, skilled maintenance teamOpportunities for growth and cross-trainingStrong focus on safety, quality, and teamworkJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Simple IRADental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceExperience:Manufacturing maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
