Training Developer

Responsibilities include:Leading the development of comprehensive training curricula and materials tailored to diverse learning styles and audience needsEmploy advanced instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create interactive and impactful training solutionsUtilizing e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver training contentConducting needs assessments and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and training requirementsEvaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, refining content as neededFacilitating training sessions, workshops, and webinars, fostering an engaging and collaborative learning environmentMentoring junior training developers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in training deliveryRequired and Preferred Qualifications:Required: 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or related fieldPrior FAA or Avionics experienceDeep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design modelsProficiency in e-learning development tools and LMS platformsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and content creationExperience in assessing training effectiveness and implementing improvementsPreferred: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related fieldExperience with responsive design and mobile learning developmentFamiliarity with emerging technologies in training, such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR)History of working in a remote or hybrid training environmentTechnical Skills and Relevant Technologies:Strong proficiency in e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Knowledge of multimedia production tools (e.g., Camtasia, Audacity)Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform training decisionsSoft Skills and Cultural Fit:Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships across diverse teamsProactive problem solver with a passion for learning and developmentAdaptable to changing environments and open to feedbackStrong organizational skills with a keen attention to detailA collaborative team player who thrives working within a team settingWe offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Short-Term Disability, Accident, Term Life, Whole Life, and 401k for all W2 Consultants.
