The Senior Controls Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining building control systems, performing preventive maintenance, calibrating equipment, and working with instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. The role includes ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while contributing to the seamless operation of facility systems.QualificationsStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance for control systems.Expertise in Instrumentation and Calibration to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.Proficiency in Electrical systems and the ability to work with complex electrical equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.Relevant technical certifications or a background in controls, instrumentation, or electrical maintenance is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned projects.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
