Simulation & Modeling Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation & Modeling Engineer to design, develop, and analyze simulation models that support complex systems engineering solutions. This role focuses on building mathematical models and simulation environments to evaluate system performance, validate requirements, and support decision-making across technical programs.The ideal candidate will work onsite with engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights, system analysis, and simulation-based validation for mission-critical projects.? Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain simulation models representing complex systems and operational environments Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) to evaluate system performance and effectiveness Conduct trade studies, sensitivity analysis, and scenario-based simulations Support system design, integration, testing, and validation activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and simulation needs Develop and implement simulation tools using languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ Analyze simulation results and present findings to stakeholders Integrate simulation models into broader system architectures and engineering workflows Document models, assumptions, methodologies, and results for compliance and traceabilityRequirements? Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field 2–5+ years of experience in modeling and simulation or systems engineering Strong programming skills (Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar) Experience with simulation tools, frameworks, or modeling environments Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in a collaborative engineering environment?
