Front Desk Administrator
We are looking for a Dance Studio Front Desk Administrator to serve as our clients first point of contact and manage all aspects of their program.Dance Studio Front Desk Administrator responsibilities include but not limited to receiving and making phone calls, greeting clients, posting, receiving payments the use of Microsoft Office Suite, learning and operating our proprietary software program and being part of our team. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in a customer service business, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our clients
Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Provide information about our studio
Keep charts and on-line account of students up to date
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Skills
Work experience as a Front Desk Administrator
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Publisher
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
