Experience the Quality Collision Group difference.Job SummaryCoordinates the receipt and ordering of automotive parts for vehicle repair, ensures the timely distribution of parts to technicians, posts and verifies pricing, provides support for customer service and is introduced to repair estimating with fleet and dealership accounts. Development path to Estimator.Responsibilities Essential FunctionsParts receiptParts area organizationReturn and credit processingReorder of damaged, incorrect or missing partsVerify parts receipt for vehicles to be deliveredPost parts invoices in management systemCustomer Service backupSchedule customer repairsCreate accurate written repair appraisals for fleet and dealership vehiclesQualificationsKnowledge of automotive parts.Strong interpersonal SkillsOrganized, process driven and focused on detailsDemonstrated commitment to continued learningEnjoys working in a team environmentLove of AutomobilesBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days401(k) with employer matchPaid Training
