Physician / Surgery - Cardiothoracic / Florida / Permanent / Southwest Florida

Facility is seeking Cardiothoracic Surgeon- Bread and butter CT Surgery (Bypass Grafting, Valve Repair/Replace, Dissections, etc)- Ideally looking for someone who has a 100% clinical role and would like to continue in that capacity.- Minimally invasive and/or robotic experience is also a plus- Surgeon should have a experience working in a high-volume location (min. of 100 cardiac cases over the last 12 month period)- Prefer the surgeon have recent thoracic experience (min. of 50 thoracic cases over the last 12 month period)- Work with Heart Failure (ECMO and LVAD device implants) also a plus but not required.- Board Certified required--Heart Institute includes a comprehensive care continuum including general non-invasive cardiology, complex interventional and structural interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, advanced cardiac imaging and advanced heart failure.--Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package--Sign-On Bonus--Dedicated CME Time--Malpractice Coverage--403(B) Retirement Plan with matching and 457(B) extended retirement plan
