Physician / Surgery - Cardiothoracic / Florida / Permanent / Southwest Florida

Facility is seeking Cardiothoracic Surgeon - Bread and butter CT Surgery (Bypass Grafting, Valve Repair/Replace, Dissections, etc) - Ideally looking for someone who has a 100% clinical role and would like to continue in that capacity. - Minimally invasive and/or robotic experience is also a plus - Surgeon should have a experience working in a high-volume location (min. of 100 cardiac cases over the last 12 month period) - Prefer the surgeon have recent thoracic experience (min. of 50 thoracic cases over the last 12 month period) - Work with Heart Failure (ECMO and LVAD device implants) also a plus but not required. - Board Certified required --Heart Institute includes a comprehensive care continuum including general non-invasive cardiology, complex interventional and structural interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, advanced cardiac imaging and advanced heart failure. --Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package --Sign-On Bonus --Dedicated CME Time --Malpractice Coverage --403(B) Retirement Plan with matching and 457(B) extended retirement plan
