Desired Skills and Qualities:Prior paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred High energy, playful, creative, and quick-thinking Reliable and dependable – a trusted support for clients and their families Physical ability to regularly get up and down from the floor and move swiftly Tech-savvy with proficiency in data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Willingness to learn, work independently, and provide exceptional care A passion for using evidence-based methods grounded in science About UsAt ABS Kids, we find our purpose in the wow moments that shape our work.
