Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial hose and fittings sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial hose and fittings market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications: Proven experience as an outside sales representative in the commercial hose and fittings or related industry. Strong understanding of hose and fittings products and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
