Position Title: Temporary DigitizerDepartment: EngineeringLocation: Sioux Falls, SDAbout AGIAGI Hi Roller manufactures a line of premier commercial enclosed, dust-tight and self-reloading conveyors, designed for installation in grain handling facilities, soy and corn processing operations and industrial operations. It specializes exclusively in the design and application of conveyors which will not only contain dust and spilled materials but will also automatically reload that material back on the carrying surface of the belt.The OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digitizer to support a short-term project converting physical documents into accurate, well-organized digital records. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and committed to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesScan and digitize paper documents using scannersVerify image quality, completeness, and readability of scanned filesIndex, label, and upload files according to established naming conventionsPerform basic data entry and metadata tagging as requiredMaintain organization of physical documents before and after scanningIdentify and flag damaged, missing, or unclear documentsFollow document retention, security, and confidentiality guidelinesMeet daily productivity and quality standardsThe above is intended to describe the general content of the performance of this position.
