Creative Operations Manager
Create Wellness is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to help run the operational backbone of our creative team.This role sits at the center of our creative workflow-managing incoming requests, organizing project pipelines, and ensuring work is efficiently distributed across the design and video teams.You will partner closely with the Studio Director to keep projects moving smoothly, maintain visibility across creative workstreams, and improve internal processes as the team grows.What You'll Do:Serve as the central intake point for creative requests across marketing and cross-functional teamsTranslate requests into clear creative briefs and project plans for creative partnersAssign and coordinate work across designers, video editors, and creative contributorsTrack project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on scheduleManage the creative pipeline and prioritize work based on team capacityMaintain clear communication with stakeholders on project statusHelp improve internal creative workflows, systems, and processesSupport the Studio Director in managing day-to-day creative operationsRequirements3-6+ years experience in creative operations, creative project management, or productionExperience managing projects across design, video, and marketing teamsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience using ClickUp or similar project management toolsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced startup or brand environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience working with consumer brands, production companies, wellness companies, or CPGBackground in agency production or in-house creative teams preferredFamiliarity with creative production workflows across design, video, and contentBenefitsCompetitive compensationFully-paid health, dental, and vision insuranceDowntown Manhattan office (4 days in office), with flexible work setup and 15 days of PTOWhy You'll Love Working Here:
