What You'll Be Doing Set up, operate, and monitor heavy production machinery Operate a 15-foot industrial press used to press and form materials into panels Assist with the setup and operation of a 500-ton machine Monitor equipment and make adjustments to support efficient production Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and specifications Read and follow work orders and production requirements Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment checks Safely handle raw materials and finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Follow all company production and safety procedures What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing experience required 2+ years of hands-on industrial machine operating experience required Experience working with heavy production or fabrication equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow work orders and production instructions Reliable and consistent attendance Strong work ethic and safety awareness Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Availability to consistently work the first-shift schedule Company-specific equipment training will be provided; however, previous industrial machine operating experience is required. Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
