What you will be doing:
Lay out walls and understand how cabinetry integrates into each space
Install cabinets level, plumb, and square with consistent, high-quality reveals
Install hardware, pulls, countertops, and paneling
Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate installation
Communicate professionally with contractors, trades, clients, and team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Provide timely updates and communicate issues to the Install Manager
Follow installation schedules and flag risks to timelines early
Maintain assigned company vehicle and report any concerns
Assist with cabinet delivery as needed
Support shop work when assigned
What we are looking for:
3+ years of cabinet installation or closely related experience
Strong ability to prioritize and stay on track to meet deadlines
Proven ability to read and interpret drawings
Skilled with measuring, cutting, and installing using hand tools and woodworking equipment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Organized with solid problem-solving ability in the field
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Dependable, punctual, and accountable
Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed to meet project timelines and customer commitments
