Technical Business Analyst – USA (Remote any US time zone)At e5, we're transforming the way healthcare organisations work through intelligent workflow automation and AI.Already well established in Australia, we're now investing heavily in the US market. We have an established Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services business and are expanding our AI-first software platform to help Diagnostic Laboratories, Hospitals and Physician Groups automate complex workflows including denials, prior authorisations, audits and medical record requests.Our mission is simple – remove complexity so people can focus on what matters most.We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst who enjoys bridging business problems with technical solutions. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers, sales, product, AI and engineering teams to shape solutions from discovery through to implementation.You'll be responsible for:Translating customer requirements into scalable workflow solutionsConfiguring the e5 platform and designing AI-enabled workflowsSupporting solution demonstrations, workshops and customer implementationsWorking closely with Product and Engineering to build reusable solutions for the US healthcare marketWe're looking for someone with:Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, Solution Architect or Implementation Consultant within B2B SaaSHands-on experience configuring enterprise workflow or automation platformsStrong requirements gathering and solution design capabilityExperience working directly with customers through discovery, demonstrations and implementationExposure to AI, workflow automation or Azure AI technologies (desirable)Experience within US Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Physician Groups or RCM providers) will be highly regardedIf you're excited by AI, enjoy solving complex operational challenges and want to play a key role in our US growth journey, we'd love to hear from you.
