Executive Chef
The Role
We are seeking an Executive Catering Chef to lead menus, execution, and a diverse team of chefs and prep cooks. This role is less about cooking every day and more about leadership, systems, training, and menu development.
You’ll work with a talented group of young chefs who are skilled and yearning for refinement, structure, and experienced guidance.
Who This Is For
This role is ideal for:
A seasoned chef with extensive catering, private chef, and/or restaurant experience—who wants to transition to mentoring, menu writing, and kitchen structure rather than constant line work
A formally trained, rising chef with experience, strong leadership potential, and the discipline to lead a team in a fast-paced catering environment
Requirements
Proven track record as an Executive Chef—especially in high-pressure, on-site execution scenarios. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to coordinate team workflow and equipment handling seamlessly.
Skilled in diverse menu creation & production scheduling
Strong leadership presence—confident, presentable, and ready to manage through service peaks.
Skilled in presentation and food artistry, with the ability to adapt execution based on venue setup. Physically capable of long shifts, lifting, and moving equipment (up to ~50 lbs).
Food Handler’s License required.
